Our Story
QUDRIVER is an owned and operated family company, Has been created to offer a rideshare and chauffeur alternative in Los Angeles and surrounded areas. QuDriver has no Employees and Customers, drivers and passengers are members who are users of the platform, obliged to respect the rules and conditions, with the purpose of using the qudriver platform with transparency, legality and with equal circumstances. We believe in second chances: Qdriver doesn’t deactivate members Accounts at the first complaint of Rider to Driver – Driver to Rider, Qudriver suspend temporarily the account while the issue is investigated, and rider or driver attends an online training course in behavior or customer service. Once the training course is completed, the account is reactivated. We don’t allow the system or an external agency to determine the deactivation of a QUDRIVER member or user account. A real member of QUDRIVER Administration, investigates the case personally, and determines the best solution for both passenger and driver.
