Can I modify my ride request?QUDRIVER allows you to modify your ride request right in the app! Simple open up your current reservation and click on the modify button to change the details you wish. You may also reach out to your driver directly if you need to change the pick up time or location. If they agree, nothing needs to be done!

How can I book a ride on behalf of another person?Step-by-Step Booking Instructions · Log in to qudriver.com using your booking agent credentials. · Click the "Book a Ride" button on the homepage. · Enter Ride Details · pickup location · Drop-off location · Date and time of the ride · Enter the number of passengers and checked bags* · Enter your airline and flight number. (optional) · Insert any special instructions · Post your ride request. It will be sent to our local drivers and will be live for 2 hours. · Get notified by text and email as soon as your request is accepted. OR · Get notified by text and email when your request is not accepted because all our drivers are booked. *Number of passengers & bags required

Can I book a ride for someone other than myself, on my QUDRIVER account?You are absolutely welcome to book a ride for someone other than yourself, on your account with QUDRIVER! If you do so, please be aware that; Any confirmation emails will be forwarded to the email address on file, on your QUDRIVER 0account (at this time, you are not able to add multiple email addresses to an account on the platform) The proxy number assigned to the ride, will not function for a number, other than the cell phone number on file, on your QUDRIVER account (at this time, you are not able to add multiple cell phone numbers to an account on the platform). The rider will not be able to use the proxy number to contact their driver, on a device with a cell phone number other than the number we have on file for that QUDRIVER account When booking a ride for someone other than yourself, we ask that you provide a name and cell phone number, for the actual passenger, in the special instructions of the ride request form! The driver will have access to this information!

How long will my driver wait for me?Drivers will try their best to accommodate you. To ensure a smooth service for both riders and drivers, here are the rules you need to follow: · Airport Pick-up: Drivers will wait for 20 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. After 20 minutes, we cannot guarantee your ride. After 20 minutes, without communication, the driver will leave and we will charge a rider no-show fee. · Home Pick-up: Drivers will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. After 15 minutes, without communication, the driver will leave and we will charge a rider no-show fee. · A per-minute wait fee might be charged for each minute the driver waits after the 15-minute courtesy wait time. When will I receive my driver's information?You will receive two emails from QUDRIVER after booking your ride. The first email will confirm that we have received your reservation request. The second email will be your confirmation email that a driver has accepted your ride. This email will include your ride number, a photo of your driver and vehicle, and also their phone number.

Can I add extra stops to my ride?If you need to pick up/drop off a family member, a friend or a colleague on the way to the pick-up or Drop-off location, QUDRIVER allows you to do so. Before posting your ride request, add your second stop address in the Instructions Box. Each extra stop will add an extra $10 to the price of your ride. This charge will be applied after the ride is completed and not included in the quoted ride. WARNING: An extra stop is required to be on the way of your ride. It should not take more than 10 minutes to get to. If your extra stop is 30 minutes or more from your route, you will be charged the cost of an extra ride. If your extra stop incurs a significant wait period, QUDRIVER reserves the right to bill at an hourly rate.

Are pets allowed on qudriver rides?Riders traveling with pets need to enter this information in the special instructions area when booking the ride. While QUDRIVER is pet friendly (in fact, pets ride free!), some people have allergies and will need to know this critical info in advance. Drivers maintain the right to refuse transport to any passenger who attempts to enter the vehicle with a previously undisclosed pet, and the rider will be charged a last-minute cancellation fee. QUDRIVER will not be able to refund this cancellation fee because it is paid directly to the driver.

How can I book my "Favorite Driver”?1. Tap on “My Favorite Drivers”. 2. Tap on "Edit" and sort your drivers by dragging the bars to the right of the driver name up or down. You can also delete a driver by clicking on the red minus icon on the left, followed by the trash can icon on the right. 3. If you have never taken a QUDRIVER ride or don't see one of your Favorite Drivers, tap"Add a driver" and enter their driver referral code or select one from your ride history. 4. If you have Favorite Drivers in more than one market, those outside your current market will be grayed out, but can still be viewed and managed.
